Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options, where available, are delivered within 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within five business days of your order confirmation, please contact us using the information below.

Shipping Delays

Biotech Peptide Source is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we encourage you to reach out so we can assist in locating your package.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Certain products may be non-returnable for safety and quality-control reasons; this will be noted on the relevant product page where applicable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team using the details at the bottom of this page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel orders only before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to our standard returns process.
